1. Have Oatmeal,Barley and whole meal bread
2. Have Soyabean/tofu or Desi Chickpeas, and other lentils
3. Have pectin rich foods and vegetables - Apples, Pears, Okra, Bottle Gourd and Figs
4. Have low-fat yogurt
5.Have fatty-fish twice a week, and other Omega-3 fatty acids rich foods such Flaxseed powder, chiaseeds, walnuts and Canola oil and Mustard oil.
6. Have 15-20 grams of nuts daily.
7 Drink green tea and black tea because both have different antioxidants
8. Use spices such as Coriander seeds, and Turmeric. And, also Fenugreek seeds and Cinnamon in your lifestyle. And, a pinch of Black seeds and Black pepper.
9. Avoid all types of fried and sugary foods
10. Avoid bakery products because these have refined flour and transfats
11. Use Avacado as a fruit and olive all
12. Use anti-clotting foods such as Onion, garlic, Green chilies and Ginger.
13. Use 1 spoon of Psullium husk.
14 .Avoid Refined sugar 15. Limit saturated fat products such as Butter and meat products.
